Refund and Return Policy

At Easy Life Solutions, we offer digital products and may also offer physical products.

Refund and return conditions vary depending on the nature of the product purchased.

1. Digital Products

Our digital products (programs, protocols, guided journeys, bundles, online content, videos, and digital materials) are provided as intangible content accessible immediately after payment confirmation.

Due to their digital nature and immediate access, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted after purchase, including in cases of non-use, partial use, dissatisfaction, or lack of perceived results.

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • the product is digital and non-tangible

  • access is granted immediately after payment

  • they waive any right to withdrawal, cancellation, or refund once access has been activated

2. Physical Products

If physical products are offered, the customer has a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must have been purchased within the last 30 days

  • it must be unused and in its original condition

  • it must be returned in its original packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

  • customized or made-to-order products

  • unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons

  • perishable or deteriorable goods

  • products mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

3. Return Procedure (Physical Products)

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Tracked and insured shipping is strongly recommended.

Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the original payment method.

4. Gifts (Physical Products)

If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a store credit may be issued upon return.

If the product was not identified as a gift at purchase, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
